Beta-arbutin (bearberry) — has antiseptic and diuretic effect. It is split in the kidneys into glucose and hydroquinone which exhibits bactericidal properties.

Chamomile extract — has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, analgesic, antispasmodic effect on the urogenital system.

Licorice extract — is converted in the body into a substance with corticosteroid-like effect (close by the structure to the adrenal hormones). Therefore, it has strong anti-inflammatory effect, and prevents development of the prostatic adenoma. As a diuretic agent, licorice extract is used in disorders of the water and mineral exchange. It also significantly increases the resistance of the body, even in patients with severe and chronic diseases (such as AIDS), and has the antioxidant effect.
