idiosyncrasy of components
Cysteine – takes part in the production of collagen and elastin, makes the skin more resilient and elastic, retards the aging processes in the body, raises energy, and helps to fight fatigue. It is useful for treatment of any type of alopecia.
Collagen – is a one of the basic structural elements of the intercellular matrix of the skin responsible for its resilience and elasticity. When being taken by mouth, the collagen effectively moisturizes the skin and markedly removes wrinkles. Besides a combined effect on the connective tissues (of the face, neck and body), it exerts a positive influence on the health of joint tissue of the locomotor apparatus.
Hyaluronic acid – moisturizes epidermis and locks in moisture therein, eliminates dryness, regulates the water balance of the skin, activates production of own collagen and elastin, executes the barrier function, maintains tissue elasticity, neutralizes the activities of free radicals, and retards photo aging processes.
Vitamin E (tocopherol) – improves blood circulation and the processes of cell regeneration in the body assuring the maintenance of skin elasticity and improves its complexion. Vitamin E helps to regulate the skin lipid composition. It makes it clean, free from irritations and inflammations. The antioxidant properties of vitamin E help to keep the skin looking young, fight hair loss and split ends. Due to regular intake of vitamin E, the structure of the hair gets improved, it becomes more elastic, smooth, silky, and the natural density is restored.
Vitamin B1 (thiamin) – is necessary for prevention of the skin dryness and flaking, effectively fights fine wrinkles and irritations, and provides hair bulbs with nutrients.
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) – is necessary for normal breakdown of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. It converts fats and carbohydrates to energy. Riboflavin is referred to as the “beauty vitamin” – the skin beauty and youthful appearance, its elasticity and resilience depend on the presence hereof. Riboflavin relieves inflammations, improves the restoration of skin after minor injuries, and maintains healthy complexion and the skin radiance.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) – assures exchange of amino acids serving for the building of proteins. Vitamin B6 is used to treat atherosclerosis and diabetes mellitus. Besides, pyridoxine removes excess water and helps to lower blood pressure. It fights depressions increasing the production of serotonin and norepinephrine (substances -antidepressants).
Vitamin PP (nicotinamide) – is used for hair growth also being applied for improvement of the skin health. It relieves the skin of flaking and dryness also helping to control the function of the sebaceous glands. It enhances the protective functions of the skin cover, relieves puffiness, and normalizes water balance.
Vitamin B9 (folic acid) – is one of the most important vitamins for preservation of the skin beauty: it exerts antioxidant effect, protects the skin against the sequences of ultraviolet irradiation, contributes to accelerated synthesis of amino acids necessary for the formation of collagenous fibers, prevents the onset of pigmentation, accelerates healing of minor injuries and also relieves inflammation.
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) – accelerates cell regeneration and retards their senescence, prevents the onset of greying hair and reduces skin laxity. Pantothenic acid exerts influence on the weight and helps to keep slim figure.
Vitamin B7 (biotin) – takes part in the breakdown of lipids and contributes to fat burning in the body. Biotin falls into the “beauty vitamins” and is responsible for delivery of sulfur atoms to the structure of hair, skin and nails assuring healthy appearance.
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) – normalizes hemogenesis, regulates metabolism, lowers the cholesterol level, helps to break down consumed proteins and improves the skin health. It optimizes the function of the nervous system and takes part in the synthesis of the DNA molecules.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) – stimulates collagen production. Vitamin C is an antioxidant; it protects the skin against free radicals and the injuries caused by the solar irradiation and air pollution. It stimulates production of fibroblasts and stem cells.
Iron – prevents the onset of greying hair, hair loss, brittleness of the nails, and the formation of wrinkles. Iron is a structural component of hemoglobin – the protein supplying the body cells with oxygen.
Copper – is a key constituent of collagen and takes part in the formation of hair and skin pigments. The strength of tendons, connective and muscular tissues lies in the ability of copper to stimulate cellular renewal. Copper enters into the composition of more than twenty body’s ferments and proteins taking part in the oxidation processes. It improves digestion and the intestinal uptake.
Magnesium – is responsible for the energy level, calcium uptake and proper work of the nervous and muscular systems. Magnesium reduces the body aging, relieves convulsions, painful menstruations and sleep disorder.
Selenium – is a mediator of the immune system; it strengthens the vessels, improves the function of cardiovascular, endocrine, and nervous systems, prevents the body aging, leads to the normalization of metabolic processes, improves reproductive capacities, and exerts a positive influence on the skin, hair and nail health.
Zinc – improves the skin appearance and colour, takes active part in the processing of fatty acids, thus influencing on the regenerative processes. It is an activator of the immune system; it regulates the hormone balance and production of substances inside the skin, which prevent the onset of blackheads and acne. Due to zinc, the skin looks healthy and young because it impedes the process of formation of free radicals. It dries some inflammatory elements, normalizes the keratinization process, prevents hyperkeratosis and the formation of comedones.
Iodine – is indispensable for maintenance of the normal process of the function of the thyroid gland. It regulates metabolism, stimulates the work of the cells of the immune system, increases vigour and energy, improves mental activity, and makes the hair, skin and teeth healthy.
