Sophora fruits — due to their content of rutin, are able to seal the vascular walls, reduce their fragility and have a strong antimicrobial effect. Therefore, it’s used for any inflammatory process treatment: in a therapy of the purulent wounds, burns, bedsores, mastitis, microbial dermatitis, psoriasis, juvenile acne, ulcers of the lower extremities, diabetes mellitus, osteomyelitis, rheumatism, gastric and duodenal ulcers, ulcerative colitis.

As a remedy to strengthens the vascular walls, sophora is effective in vascular diseases: cardiac angina, atherosclerosis, hypertension, varicose veins.

Sophora is used for the internal bleeding prevention, as well as for the prevention of stroke, myocardial infarction and uterine, gastric, intestinal bleeding.

Externally it’s used in the periodontal disease, stomatitis, after tooth extraction, in the haemorrhoids, baldness.
