Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) — is a form of Niacin, a water-soluble vitamin of group B. Niacinamide is readily converted into the bioactive forms of Niacin, Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+), Reduced Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NADH) and Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate (NADPH), and Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate Nucleoside (NADPHN), which are vital cofactors in cellular energy production and critical for the maintenance of DNA stability.

Niacinamide affects the normalization of cholesterol in the blood, condition of the vessels, blood circulation, and function of the gastrointestinal tract; it removes toxins and carcinogens from the body, effective in the treatment of diabetes and skin diseases, improves skin condition, slows down the aging processes, and alleviates headaches. Niacinamide maintains the health of the heart, helps to improve the function of endothelium – a tissue lining the walls of blood vessels, which in its turn reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
